quality care to people with developmental disabilities. We are New Beginnings Enterprises and we
welcome you to our website.
New Beginnings was established in 1985 by a group of progressive-minded parents seeking
alternatives to institutional placement for their loved ones.
Over the years, our organization has transformed into a full service developmental disability
organization that offers multiple services to adults. We also offer in-home supports, case management
and other supports to children and their families.
In 1995, the Department of Social and Rehabilitative Services designated New Beginnings as the
Community Developmental Disability Organization for Chautauqua, Elk, Greenwood, and Wilson
Counties.
