Jim Hogan, Chairman-Jim taught Industrial Arts for 35 years at the high school and college level and is now retired.  He grew
up in Moline and along with his brothers own the family farm/ranch in Elk County.  His wife, Terry is a retired school counselor.  
They have a daughter, Crystal who lives in Tulsa. Jim's brother, John was injured during childbirth and receives services from
New Beginnings.  Jim served in the US Army and belongs to the American Legion post 388 of Moline and is a member of the
Knights of Columbus.

Mike Douglas, Treasurer-Mike is the Executive Vice President of First National Bank in Fredonia.  He has lived in Wilson
County all of his life. He and his wife, Alice, who is a middle school math teacher reside in Fredonia and have three sons. One
of which was born with Down's Syndrome.

Teressa Kirkpatrick- Teressa and her husband, Rodney, live in Longton and have been the owners and operators of Kirk's
Mini Mart for the past fifteen years. Teressa served on the Elk Valley school board for eight years and was employed at
Shalom, in Moline, for eighteen years. There she was the Center Supervisor for mental retardation and other developmental
disabilities for adults. Shalom is now known as New Beginnings Enterprises. Teressa and Rodney have one adult daughter,
Crystal.

Nancy Knickerbocker-Nancy is a retired English teacher of thirty years from Neodesha Middle School.  She and her husband,
David, who is also a retired school teacher, run a small landscaping business where they raise perennials and sell them in
the spring and summer months.  They have one son and four grandchildren, all of Neodesha.

Larry Moore-Larry is the pastor of Prince Peace Pentecostal Holiness Church where they operate the community food bank,
distribute commodities, have an Angel Food program and AA meetings.  He also manages Flint Hills Family Camp.  He and
his wife reside in Eureka where he sits as a board member on their church conference executive board, is Vice President of
the Eureka Ministerial Alliance, sits on the Eureka area Chamber of Commerce board and is a member of Kiwanis.  Prior to
moving to Eureka, Larry served in the US Army and as Police Lieutenant for the Wichita Police Department.

Sue Usry-Sue is a former LPN who has chosen to be a home maker in Sedan.  She has a degree in Early Childhood
Education and has served in the US Army.  Sue and her husband, David, have fostered and/or adopted countless children with
disabilities over the past twenty four years.  They have two natural children, eight adopted children and are currently fostering
one child.  All but three are living at home.  They enjoy living on a farm, and include their children in most farming activities.
